Article 1 – PURPOSE

Article 3 – PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The Products offered for sale on the Site are accompanied by a description allowing the Buyer to know, in particular, their main and essential characteristics as well as the delivery times.
The Buyer is required to consult the description of each Product and Accessory offered by Bleexi before placing any order.
The choice and purchase of a Product or Accessory are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
The photographs and illustrations presented on the Site have no contractual value and shall not engage the liability of Bleexi.
Offers for Products and Accessories are valid while stocks last.
Article 4 – ORDERS
4.1. Placing an Order
To place an order, the Buyer must create a customer account. If they already have one, they may log in using their email address and password.
The Buyer must:
Add the selected Products to their cart
Check and validate their cart
Log in to their customer account or create a new one
Provide the information required for delivery
Choose a delivery method
Choose a payment method and expressly accept the GTCS
Be redirected to the secure payment site in order to validate the payment
The Buyer may check the details of their order, its total price, and correct any errors before payment.
The registration of the order is effective when the Buyer accepts the GTCS by ticking the box provided for this purpose and then validates their order.
This validation constitutes full acceptance of these GTCS.
The Buyer’s final consent is materialized by the validation of their banking information: card number, expiration date, and security code.
A confirmation email will be sent immediately by Bleexi.
Any order will only be taken into account after acceptance of payment.
Bleexi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, particularly in the event of:
Force majeure
Payment incident
Abnormally high quantities incompatible with consumer use
Dispute relating to a previous order
Suspicion of fraud
Repeated failure to comply with withdrawal conditions
Obvious error in the price or product characteristics
Stock unavailability

4.2. Product Availability
Placing an order implies acceptance of the prices, fees, and descriptions of the Products offered for sale.
Bleexi undertakes to honor orders within the limits of available stock.
In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, Bleexi will inform the Buyer as soon as possible of restocking or definitive unavailability of the Product.
The Product concerned will then be refunded using the same payment method.
4.3. Order Modification
Once validated, the order can no longer be modified, including address, contents, etc.
4.4. Order Cancellation
A validated order cannot be cancelled, except within the framework of the right of withdrawal or in a case of force majeure provided for by French law.
Article 5 – PRICES
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery fees.
Delivery fees are added when the order is validated.
Article 6 – PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due in full when the order is placed via secure payment methods:

Bleexi collects payments through Shopify Payments.
Payment is only considered final after effective collection of the sums due.
Article 7 – DELIVERY
Products are shipped internationally to the address provided by the Buyer.
Bleexi cannot be held responsible in the event of an address error provided by the Buyer.
Products are shipped within the timeframes indicated by Bleexi, except in exceptional circumstances or in the event of stock shortage.
Delivery corresponds to the transfer of physical possession of the Product to the Buyer.
Article 8 – RECEIPT
Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the conformity of the Product as well as the absence of apparent damage, such as opened or damaged packaging, damaged product, etc.
Any reservation must be precise, detailed, and dated on the carrier’s delivery note.
Failing this, the Buyer must inform the carrier and send a copy to the seller no later than the first business day following delivery.

Article 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or perishable products.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
Products that are:
Damaged
Dirty
Opened
Incomplete
Unsealed for hygiene reasons
cannot be refunded.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a clear request via their customer account or directly to Bleexi.
The refund will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Article 11 – NON-CONFORMITY
Any complaint relating to a delivery error or non-conformity must be made on the day of delivery or no later than the following business day.

After validation, Bleexi will assign an exchange number.
Return costs will be covered by Bleexi only in the event of a delivery error.
Article 12 – BLEEXI’S LIABILITY – WARRANTIES
The Products comply with the applicable French regulations.
They benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.
Article 13 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
