Article 1 – PURPOSE
The company Bleexi Group Limited offers its own products for sale on the Site, hereinafter referred to as the “Products” or “Accessories”.
The owner and/or publisher is the company: Bleexi Group Limited.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define and specify the rights and obligations of Bleexi and of Buyers wishing to make a purchase on the Site.
Article 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These GTCS apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of Products made on the website www.bleexi.com.
Any order placed online on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase governed by these GTCS, which prevail over any other purchase conditions.
The Buyer declares that they have read the GTCS and fully and unreservedly accept them.
The GTCS are accessible at any time on the Site and prevail, where applicable, over any other version or contradictory document.
Bleexi reserves the right to modify all or part of its GTCS at any time. Any new condition automatically comes into effect, it being specified that the version applicable to the Buyer is the one in force on the Site on the date of the order.
The invalidity of one clause of the GTCS shall not result in the invalidity of the other clauses, which shall remain fully applicable.
The fact that Bleexi does not invoke one of the clauses of the GTCS at a given time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of its right to invoke it later.
Article 3 – PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The Products offered for sale on the Site are accompanied by a description allowing the Buyer to know, in particular, their main and essential characteristics as well as the delivery times.
The Buyer is required to consult the description of each Product and Accessory offered by Bleexi before placing any order.
The choice and purchase of a Product or Accessory are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
The photographs and illustrations presented on the Site have no contractual value and shall not engage the liability of Bleexi.
Offers for Products and Accessories are valid while stocks last.
Article 4 – ORDERS
4.1. Placing an Order
To place an order, the Buyer must create a customer account.
If a customer account has already been created during a previous order, the Buyer may log in using their email address and password.
The Buyer must:
Add the selected Products to the cart
Check and validate the cart
Log in to their customer account or create one
Enter the information required for delivery
Choose a delivery method
Choose a payment method and expressly accept the GTCS
Be redirected to the secure payment site to validate the payment
The Buyer has the possibility to check the details of their order, its total price, and to correct any errors before payment.
The registration of an order on the Site is completed when the Buyer accepts these GTCS by ticking the box provided for this purpose and validates their order.
This validation implies full acceptance of these GTCS.
The Buyer’s final consent is materialized by the validation of their banking information.
A confirmation email is immediately sent by Bleexi.
Any order is only taken into account after acceptance of payment.
Bleexi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, particularly in the event of:
Force majeure
Payment incident
Abnormal quantities incompatible with consumer use
Dispute relating to a previous order
Suspicion of fraud
Obvious error in the price or product characteristics
Stock unavailability
For any question relating to order tracking:
4.2. Product Availability
Placing an order implies acceptance of the prices, additional fees, and descriptions of the Products.
Bleexi undertakes to honor orders within the limits of available stock.
In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, Bleexi will inform the Buyer as soon as possible.
The corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used.
4.3. Order Modification
Once validated, the order can no longer be modified, including the delivery address, contents, etc.
4.4. Order Cancellation
A validated order cannot be cancelled, except in the exercise of the right of withdrawal or in cases of force majeure.
Article 5 – PRICES
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery fees.
Delivery fees are added when the order is validated.
Article 6 – PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
The accepted payment methods are:
Bank card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay
PayPal
Bancontact
Bleexi collects payments through the secure Shopify Payments platform.
Payment will only be considered final after effective collection.
Article 7 – DELIVERY
Products are shipped internationally to the address provided by the Buyer.
Bleexi cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer.
Products will be shipped within the timeframes indicated by Bleexi.
Delivery corresponds to the transfer of physical possession of the Product to the Buyer.
Article 8 – RECEIPT
Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the conformity of the Products and report any apparent damage.
Any reservation must be detailed, dated, and stated on the carrier’s delivery note.
The Buyer must provide a photograph of the observed damage.
Depending on the case, a free replacement or a refund may be offered.
Article 9 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISKS
Transfer of ownership occurs after full payment of the price.
Transfer of risks occurs only when the Buyer takes physical possession of the Products.
Article 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must make their request through their customer account on www.bleexi.com.
Products that are:
Damaged
Dirty
Opened
Incomplete
cannot be refunded.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
Personalized products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Also excluded are:
Perishable goods
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Article 11 – NON-CONFORMITY
Any complaint concerning a delivery error or non-conformity must be made no later than the first business day following delivery.
After this period, no complaint may be accepted.
Article 12 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
All Products benefit from:
The legal guarantee of conformity, Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code
The warranty against hidden defects, Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code
Article 13 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Bleexi collects in particular:
First and last name
Postal address
Email address
Phone number
IP address
Login credentials
Information relating to browsing on the Site
The data is used exclusively for:
Order management
Customer service
Satisfaction surveys
Marketing communications, with consent
The data is retained for 5 years after the last contact with Bleexi.
The Buyer has rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability.
To exercise these rights:
Article 14 – MAINTENANCE AND IT SECURITY
Bleexi does not guarantee the permanent availability of the Site.
The Site may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or repairs.
Bleexi implements all reasonable security measures in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 15 – COOKIES
The Site uses cookies allowing:

Establishment of statistics
