General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – PURPOSE
The company Bleexi Group Limited offers for sale on the Website its own products (hereinafter referred to as the “Item(s)” or “Accessory(ies)”).
The owner and/or publisher is a company: Bleexi Group Limited.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define and detail the rights and obligations of Bleexi and Buyers wishing to make a purchase on the Website.
Article 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These GTC apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of Products on the website www.bleexi.com.
Any order placed online on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase governed by these GTC, which prevail over any other purchasing conditions.
The Buyer declares having read the GTC and accepted them in full and without reservation.
The GTC are accessible at any time on the Website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or contradictory document.
Bleexi reserves the right to modify all or part of its GTC at any time. Any new condition shall automatically come into force, it being specified that the version applicable to the Buyer is the one in force on the Website on the date the order is placed.
The invalidity of one of the clauses of the GTC shall not result in the invalidity of the other clauses, which shall remain in full force and effect.
The fact that Bleexi does not invoke one of the clauses of the GTC at a given time shall not be interpreted as tolerance or a waiver of the right to rely on the said clauses at a later date.
Article 3 – PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The Products offered for sale on the Website are accompanied by a description enabling the Buyer to know, in particular, the main and essential characteristics of the Products, as well as delivery times.
The Buyer is required to refer to the description of each Product and each Accessory offered by Bleexi and to read it before placing any order.
The choice and purchase of a Product or an Accessory are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
The photographs and graphics presented on the Website are not contractual and shall not engage the liability of Bleexi.
Product and accessory offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 4 – ORDERS
4.1. Placing an order
To place an order, the Buyer is required to create a customer account. If a customer account has already been created during a previous order, the Buyer may log in using their email address and password.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to select on the Website the Products they wish to order according to the following steps:
– adding the selected Product(s) to the shopping cart, which can be accessed at any time for modification or validation,
– validating the shopping cart after checking its contents,
– logging into the customer account by entering the login details and associated password, or creating a customer account. If no account exists: providing the information required for delivery,
– choosing the delivery method,
– choosing the payment method and expressly accepting the Website’s GTC,
– redirecting the Buyer to the secure online payment site to validate payment.
The Buyer has the opportunity to check the details of their order, the total price, and to correct any errors before proceeding with payment. It is their responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to immediately report or correct any error.
The registration of an order on the Website is completed when the Buyer accepts the GTC by checking the appropriate box and validates the order. This validation implies acceptance of all the GTC.
The Buyer’s final consent is therefore materialized by validation of their banking details, namely the credit card number, expiration date, and security code.
An order confirmation email will be sent immediately by Bleexi.
Any order will only be taken into consideration after acceptance of payment.
Without prejudice to the provisions above, Bleexi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Buyer, in particular in the following cases:
– force majeure,
– payment incident,
– orders of Products in abnormal quantities inconsistent with consumer use,
– dispute relating to payment of a previous order placed on the Website,
– suspicion of fraud, notably based on repeated claims and/or returns by the Buyer in previous orders,
– repeated failure to comply with the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal in previous orders,
– obvious error between the displayed price of the Product and/or one of its characteristics,
– stock unavailability, in which case Bleexi will notify the Buyer as soon as possible and refund the Product concerned.

4.2. Product availability
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of prices, additional fees, and the description of the Products available for sale.
Bleexi undertakes to fulfill orders within the limits of available stock.
If a Product or Accessory becomes unavailable after the order is placed, Bleexi will notify the Buyer by email as soon as possible of the time frame in which the Product or Accessory will be available again, or of its unavailability.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered Product or Accessory, or if the Buyer withdraws from the purchase, the order for the Product or Accessory concerned will be automatically canceled and the corresponding amount refunded using the same payment method as that used for the order.
4.3. Order modification
Once the order has been validated, it can no longer be modified (delivery address, contents, etc.).
4.4. Order cancellation
Once validated under the conditions described above, the order may not be canceled, except in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal as defined in these GTC, or in the event of force majeure as defined by French law.
Article 5 – PRICES
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs for each Product and Accessory are added at the time the order is validated by the Buyer.
Article 6 – PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is made in full to the Bleexi store on the day the order is placed by the Buyer, via secure payment, using the following payment methods:
– Credit cards (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Shop Pay)
– PayPal
– Bancontact
Bleexi collects the amount corresponding to the Product order under its mandate as a payment agent with the authorized and secure payment service provider Shopify Payments.
Payment made by the Buyer will only be considered final after the amounts due have been successfully collected.
Article 7 – DELIVERY
Products are shipped internationally to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.
The Buyer is informed that Bleexi cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver an order due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer, who remains solely responsible for such information.
Products and Accessories ordered by the Buyer will be shipped within the timeframes indicated by Bleexi.
Bleexi undertakes to use its best efforts to deliver the Products and Accessories within the stated timeframes, except in special cases or in the event of unavailability of one or more Products.
Delivery consists of the transfer of physical possession of the Product or Accessory to the Buyer.
Article 8 – RECEIPT
Upon receipt, the Buyer is required to check that the Product or Accessory conforms to the order, including any apparent defects [damage, deterioration (for example: damaged or opened package during transport, etc.)], and to make explicit, detailed, and dated reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip, or to refuse the parcel.
Failing this, the Buyer must notify the carrier of any reservations and send a copy to the sender no later than the first business day following delivery (excluding public holidays), in accordance with applicable legislation.
The Buyer must provide a photograph of the delivered goods clearly showing the nature and extent of the reported damage.
In such cases, the Buyer may obtain a free replacement of the Product or Accessory, subject to availability, or a refund.
In the event of non-conformity of the Product or Accessory (for example, if it does not correspond to the item ordered), the Buyer must submit a claim to Bleexi in accordance with the conditions set out in these GTC, in particular Article 16.
Article 9 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP / TRANSFER OF RISK
Ownership of Bleexi Products is transferred to the Buyer only after full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date of the Products or Accessories.
Regardless of the date of transfer of ownership, the transfer of risks related to the Products or Accessories occurs only when the Buyer takes physical possession of them.
Products and Accessories therefore travel at Bleexi’s risk.
Article 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable legal provisions (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code), the Buyer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product or Accessory, or from its collection.
By exception (Article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code), items, accessories, or textiles made according to consumer specifications or personalized at the customer’s request do not benefit from the right of withdrawal and will neither be returned nor exchanged, except in the event of a defect or an error on our part, or personalization not in accordance with the customer’s request.
Customers are informed that these goods are handmade.
If free delivery or gifts were obtained as part of the returned item, their value will be deducted from the refunded amount, based on their value in the store on the day the parcel is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must:
– log into their customer account on www.bleexi.com and request a refund for the ordered Product or Accessory, clearly and unambiguously stating the intention to withdraw in the “Reasons” section.
Products and Accessories that are damaged, soiled, opened, or incomplete will not be accepted and therefore will not be refunded.
Likewise, Products or Accessories unsealed by the Buyer after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the Buyer.
Right of withdrawal for personalized items
In accordance with Article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, personalized items cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal and will neither be returned nor exchanged, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.
Other items that cannot be returned:
– Perishable goods such as food
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software
Article 11 – NON-CONFORMITY
The consumer must submit to Bleexi, on the day of delivery or at the latest the first business day following delivery, any claim relating to delivery error and/or non-conformity of products in nature or quality compared to the order form.
Any claim made after this period will be rejected.
Claims must be made primarily by email or via the “Contact us” section of the Website.
Claims not made in accordance with these conditions and within the required timeframe will not be taken into account and will release Bleexi from any liability.
Upon receipt of the claim, Bleexi will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and communicate it to the consumer by email.
An exchange may only take place after an exchange number has been issued.
In the event of a delivery error, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in its entirety and in its original packaging, via Colissimo, to the address communicated by email.
Return shipping costs are borne by Bleexi only in the event of a merchandise error.
Article 12 – BLEEXI LIABILITY – WARRANTIES
Products sold via the Website comply with applicable regulations.
All Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), allowing the Buyer to return defective or non-conforming Products and Accessories free of charge.
Article 13 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
When registering on the Website and/or placing an order, Bleexi collects and processes certain personal data, including: first and last name, postal address, email address, phone number, IP address, login credentials, and information related to browsing and interactions with the Website.
The Buyer accepts the processing of personal data by Bleexi in accordance with applicable regulations, including the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data are used solely to provide sales services, manage orders, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Data may also be used for marketing and promotional purposes (newsletters, personalized commercial offers), subject to the Buyer’s consent.
Personal data may be communicated to administrative or judicial authorities where required.
Data are retained for five (5) years from the Buyer’s last contact with Bleexi, subject to longer retention periods required by accounting or tax obligations.
The Buyer has rights of access, rectification, modification, portability, opposition, limitation, and deletion of personal data.
These rights may be exercised by written request to Bleexi at contact@bleexi.com, accompanied by proof of identity.
Bleexi will respond within one (1) month, subject to extensions permitted by the GDPR.
The Buyer may lodge a complaint with the CNIL or the relevant EU supervisory authority.
Article 14 – MAINTENANCE AND IT SECURITY
Bleexi provides no guarantee regarding continuity, performance, durability, conformity, or compatibility of the Website.
Bleexi uses its best efforts to make the Website accessible 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control, including malicious acts or computer viruses.
Bleexi reserves the right to modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, all or part of access to the Website without prior notice, particularly for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs.
The Buyer acknowledges that Bleexi is not responsible for access difficulties, connection slowness, or any direct or indirect damages resulting therefrom.
Bleexi uses best efforts to implement all necessary physical, technical, organizational, electronic, and administrative security measures to protect personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 15 – COOKIES
The Website uses cookies, which are files stored by the user’s browser that send information (pages viewed, date and time of visits, etc.) to servers when needed.
These cookies help facilitate navigation, generate statistics, and measure Website performance to improve the user experience.
Cookies do not personally identify users but store activity history and preferences.
Users may manage cookies through their browser settings.
Article 16 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Website content is the exclusive property of Bleexi.
Bleexi grants no rights to the Buyer regarding its trademarks, distinctive signs, logos, trade names, content (texts, images, photographs, videos, sounds, data, graphics), software, or databases.
Any unauthorized use may constitute infringement and result in legal action.
Article 17 – COMPLAINTS
Any complaint from the Buyer regarding Accessory orders must be addressed to Bleexi.
For any other complaint, including non-receipt of a Product, the Buyer must contact Bleexi by email via the address listed on the Website.
The Buyer must follow the instructions provided by customer service, including return procedures.
Bleexi and the Buyer will make their best efforts to reach an amicable resolution.
Article 18 – APPLICABLE LAW
These GTC and the transactions arising from them are governed by and subject to French law.
