Refund Policy

At Bleexi, we pay particular attention to the quality of our products. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

Return procedure

Please include your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for the return.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days, using the same payment method as the original order.
